Research and Development Junior Chemist
Paignton, DevonAs an R&D Junior Chemist, you will play a crucial role in the New Product Development (NPD) process, transitioning projects from initial concepts to launch. This position requires meticulous documentation of formulation methods and manufacturing procedures. You’ll be responsible for consolidating and analyzing test outcomes, overseeing the entire product development trajectory, and ensuring seamless scale-up operations. Troubleshooting stability and production challenges will be integral to this role. Collaborative teamwork is essential, as you’ll work in tandem with the Technical Manager, ensuring that all product developments meet the highest standards.

Stability Technician / R&D Technician
Paignton, DevonJoin our dedicated team as a Stability Technician / R&D Technician, where you’ll focus on conducting comprehensive product stability and compatibility tests, including evaluating attributes like colour, odour, and viscosity. Organizing and assessing stability samples according to ICH guidelines will be an integral part of your role. You’ll serve as a vital communication link between our company and clients, handling inquiries, producing protocols, and sharing results. Alongside these responsibilities, you’ll ensure the upkeep of our laboratory, order essential raw materials, assist in sample creation, and support our Technical Manager and Chemists in daily operations. While prior lab experience is beneficial, it’s not mandatory, as we provide thorough training for the role. Strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and effective communication are key to succeed in this position.

Analytical Manager

Key responsibilities include preparation and testing using ICPMS, GCMS and HPLC as well as the development of new methods to meet changing customer demands.
