Product Safety Reports
Our compliance team provides comprehensive safety documentation, including Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSRs), Toxicology Risk Assessments (TRA), Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS), and Candle Safety Assessments (CLP). Each service is delivered in line with UK, EU, and international regulations, with ingredient evaluation supported by our in-house NOAEL and SED databases to ensure accurate Margin of Safety calculations and fully evidenced outputs. This gives you the assurance of robust, regulation-ready reports across all key areas of product safety and compliance.
Microbiological & Laboratory Testing
Our ISO 17025 accredited UK microbiological and laboratory facility provides comprehensive testing services to support product safety, compliance, and quality. We conduct Preservative Efficacy (challenge) Testing (BP/EP, ISO 11930), Biocidal Testing, Hygiene Control, and Vegan Society Tests. Microbiological services include In-Use Microbiology Lab Testing, TVC & Pathogen Testing, Water Quality Testing, and Microbiology Testing.
Our analytical capabilities extend to Heavy Metals Testing (ICP-MS), Cannabinoid Testing (HPLC), Alcohol Assay Testing (FTIR), and Terpenes, Residual Solvent, and 1,4-Dioxane Testing (GC-MS). We also perform Physico-chemical Compatibility Testing, Physico-chemical Stability Testing, Analytical Physico-chemical Testing, Stability Analytical Studies, Screening and Profiling, and full Laboratory Testing.
Global Compliance & Registration
We provide comprehensive regulatory support for cosmetics and related products, offering UK and EU product notification via the SCPN and CPNP, a Responsible Person service through our offices in England and Ireland, and acting as a US Agent under MoCRA for FDA communications and compliance. Our expertise also covers global registrations including Health Canada and the US VCRP, as well as labelling and artwork compliance, claims support, and continuous monitoring of international regulatory changes. User Trials & Claims
If you’re developing a cosmetic product, you’ll know that product testing and clinical trials are essential. Any claims you make must be substantiated in line with regulations such as Commission Regulation (EU) No 655/2013.
At our UK DermaCentre, we provide a full suite of claim substantiation studies using state-of-the-art technology. Services include SPF Testing and Clinical Sunscreen Testing Studies, Ophthalmology and Periocular Acceptability, and Consumer User Trials. We also offer specialist assessments such as Gynaecologically Tested and Dermatologically Approved evaluations.
Our team conducts detailed measurements including patch testing, skin moisture and TEWL assessments, erythemal index and melanin testing, SPF, elasticity and sebum analysis. This ensures your products meet safety standards, deliver validated performance, and inspire consumer confidence.
