Research and Development Junior Chemist

As an R&D Junior Chemist, you will play a crucial role in the New Product Development (NPD) process, transitioning projects from initial concepts to launch. This position requires meticulous documentation of formulation methods and manufacturing procedures. You’ll be responsible for consolidating and analyzing test outcomes, overseeing the entire product development trajectory, and ensuring seamless scale-up operations. Troubleshooting stability and production challenges will be integral to this role. Collaborative teamwork is essential, as you’ll work in tandem with the Technical Manager, ensuring that all product developments meet the highest standards.
